How to install
Open Luma, go to the Plugins tab, and install City Planner from the list. It appears as its own icon in the sidebar, which you can drag anywhere in the rail.

Where its data lives
On your machine. Every plugin keeps its own local store — uninstalling City Planner removes its data with it, and leaves the rest of Luma untouched.
