Coffee and Tea
From bean to cup and leaf to kettle — the two processing chains behind Simply Cozy's drinks.
Coffee and tea both take a few steps to get from the plant to something drinkable. Neither chain is long, but both need blocks you have to build first.
Coffee, bean to cup
1. Grow the beans
Coffee grows on a Coffee Bean Bush, planted by right-clicking the bean item onto grass block, dirt, coarse dirt, podzol or farmland. It has four growth stages; at the last one, right-click it for 1–2 beans, which knocks it back to stage 1 to regrow.
There are four varieties — Arabica, Robusta, Liberica and Excelsa — grown identically. Only Arabica has a processing chain today; the other three can be farmed and collected, but there is nothing to do with them yet.
2. Roast them
Arabica Coffee Beans roast into Roasted Coffee Beans three ways:

3. Grind them
The Coffee Grinder takes one input and produces one output, no fuel:

Cocoa Powder is worth grinding for its own sake — it is a coffee machine base in its own right, and it is what turns a cup into a Chocolate Milk or a Chocolate Heaven.
4. Brew
Grinded Coffee, an Empty Cup and the Coffee Machine do the rest. The machine also accepts an item called Ground Coffee interchangeably with Grinded Coffee wherever coffee is asked for.
Tea, leaf to kettle
1. Grow it
Tea Seeds plant on farmland and grow through five stages. A mature plant drops 1–3 Tea Leaves and 1–2 seeds back.
2. Cut the leaves
Put Tea Leaves on a cutting board and click them with a knife to get Cut Tea Leaves.
3. Roast them
Cut Tea Leaves go into the wood-stoked oven — 20 seconds per batch, burning logs for fuel — and come out as Roasted Cut Tea Leaves.
4. Brew a cup
Put a Kettle on a hob, fill it with a Water Bottle, add Roasted Cut Tea Leaves, and wait. It whistles at 5 seconds and is ready at 25. Right-click with an Empty Cup for a Cup of Tea (6 nutrition, 0.6 modifier).
Tea Powder
Cutting Roasted Cut Tea Leaves on the board a second time gives Tea Powder. Nothing currently consumes it — it is a dead end for now, so don’t grind your whole harvest into it.
